Field Application Engineer, Sales and Marketing –
Amazing position available for a skilled software developer with experience in customer support! The FAE will travel to customer sites and act as the technical interface providing requirements analysis, product promotion and training, system evaluation, software integration and prototype debug. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years professional experience in software development and support. Hands-on experience with software integration and debug; microcontroller-based and SOC-based embedded systems; and background in C, C++, Java, Linux, and Android are a must. Foreign language proficiency in Chinese is required. Remote work locations on the U.S. West Coast will be considered. Use your initiative and creativity to define, prototype and develop novel man/machine interfaces as part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, high-tech team. Develop software in Python, C, C++, and Java or related languages for Linux and Windows environments. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Applied Physics or Applied Mathematics with focus on computer programming.
